In gym right now. 1/2 bronk (12.5mg ep), 81mg aspirin, coffee. Slightly more focused, not jittery, but feel like I am slightly humming, if that makes any sense. Need to get a high volume workout done quick, so,I figured I'd give it a run.

How much do you weight....only asking for comparison me 200 at 6'........planning on 1 bronk, 325 mg aspirin and coffee gym at 8-8:15

I found mine pleasant and helpful. Lots of focus when I needed it on the strength moves. Kind of petered out too quick. Might gor for the whole bronk next time.

Right on.  That's the way you build your "supplment" program.   Try something and if it works- you keep it it- if it doesn't work, out it goes.

You can certainly try but falling asleep at bedtime may be quite difficult. I never take Bronkaid after 12 noon, and usually take it around 8:00 am.
