I know a ton of designers mostbollo use dreamweaver then they tweak as needed, you are assuming everyone is trying to blog or use some sorta pre made site. I understand you are trying to act as if you are some super web guru, and I deal with lots of fools like that, but the reality is dreamweaver is just fine.
You are wrong I do know what I cm talking about I have been hosting and developing many webpage not all of them successfully but some of tjem quite good which o am proud of I want to see the webdeveloper that uses dreamweaver which is utterly crappy don't always assume people don't know their subject must because they have a different view
