I lift for about 75 mins a day depending on the body part.
Cardio is 80 minutes a day usually walking at about 4 kph on the treadmill
I consume about 2500 cal a day all from chicken, fish oatmeal and fruit.
drink only water and milk once a day with my cereal skim milk
current weight is 275lbs no idea about body fat numbers.
I work out 6 days a week and rest on sundays
