This is complete bullshit.  I have seen plenty of good lifts done in shitty feds.  Just because the judging is lax in a particular fed, that does not mean there are no good lifts.  Last time I did an SPF meet, I lifted raw and walked my squats out.

Wendler's last raw total was #1760, which would put him inbetween Masters and Elite. Not bad considering he's a rec. lifter now and was honestly sick when he did that meet with a torn up shoulder. He basically took the first attempt and second attempts and sat out some. If he was healthy he'd probably just break Elite in the #242 class.

Not a 531 nut swinger, but he's a solid lifter.

As to US feds and meets? Some are class and some are shit. It's up to the individual directors and lifters to police their own.

You're tarring every fed with the same brush. You blatantly know fuck all about the sport juding by the statements made in this thread. Also bear in mind the IPF can't even interpret their own rulebook properly. The IPF is no longer the holy grail of powerlifting that it used to be
