Have you ever seen a fat meth or heroin user? They're all skinny frail fucks.

The guy is just eating a lot and not moving around too much anymore. Simple like pie.

This sort of shit happens easily when you get a new bitch, stressful job, lose a job...etc.

na bro i am no better than you, and yes you couldve attained that build you wanted with caffiene and weed and WITHOUT steroids

actually just caffiene by itself is all you need tons of greens to fight hunger, smoking weed to alter your mind to forget about eating and just stay blazed on weed and jacked on caffiene and eat protien but not too much in order to keep calories low as fuck anyone can get shredded..

however i had some major issues with diet even back in the day. because even with all that caffiene i would occasionaly hardcore binge on high calorie food wich would set me back

the problem is as we get older some of us are a shitload more sensitive to weed or caffiene and cant handle it any more like me

see my cousin would say the same thing about weed how it makes you stupid and go to sleep. to me weed made me supercharged my confidence to do or atleast try any daunting physical task. When i smoked weed it felt like i just created a friend in my mind that enabled me to joyingly work harder at things. i didnt admit my weed smoking much in my younger days but now that i havent smoked in like 2 years its good to let people know that weed can act like a steriod cause it can alter your mind to  go longer doing physical activities

caffiene was always the diet crutch to stave off munchies from weed i remember mass dosing it for months on end with good ol instant coffee.. unfortunatley the last few times i was kinda drinkin coffe heavily i felt like i was gonna be so dizzy and naesues about to die
