Suggestions for a 300 workout
« on: June 11, 2011, 08:07:59 PM »
Hey everyone I'm trying to build a 300 workout to train for the new US Army PT test thats coming out in october. It's for 5 events and which are 1 minute of push ups, 1 minute of rowers, a standing long jump, a 60 yard shuttle run, and finally a mile and a half run. If anyone has any suggestions as to create a good simple workout then I would like to hear them. I'm looking at a 300 workout type of routine here because I think the 300 workout type is a good solid idea. Anyhow take it easy

Please read the following very carefully.

Practice  push-ups, rowers (?), standing long jumps, 60 yard shuttle runs and a mile and a half run. That's the workout you will need , nothing else, if the goal is only the 300.  That's how they do it in basic/boot camp. Good Luck.

Or jump school at Ft Bragg, NC.

Try training with another guy (or guy's) to keep the pace up. Good Luck.
