Pose every day whenever you want and have a chance.
Personaly I pose in front of the mirror every day for the past 1 year, before bed.
squeeze as hard as you can.
By pose I dont mean flex a bicep of hit a tricep. ALL the mandatory poses over and over again. You sweat like a pig but I feel it really helps with the separation and keeping the muscles "awake".
After I eat something "dirty" for example I pose right away to drive the nutrients right into the muscles. Used it preontst and still use this method.
