Well the problem runs deeper....Trey doesn't have the genetics or the work ethic as a Lee Priest. Lee has shown time and time again he doesn't use the massive dossages that these younger wannabes use. Lee has a tight midsection and knows when to "turn it up a notch" when dieting and training. Trey needs to get back to basics and start using supplements and understanding the nutrient timing factor, then and only then will he be a champion.

Priest doesn't cheat his dieting, that's the difference I think.

He needs to get serious,drop the gurus,eat clean, do cardio,and train like a man possessed.

He needs a couple gallons of clen a day, couple thousand milligrams of DNP a day, 50iu's of HGH a day, couple grams of tren and eq a day...that should burn it off.

Fucking weird that ANY abs are showing... guy is probably 15% and holding 35 lbs of water on top of it. So weird.
