They shouldn't have payed him. They should have stipulated that he needs to come in at least 75-80% of contest shape or he doesn't get payed. Throwing away they're money.

So what's the consensus on Trey's regression?  Over-bulking?  Gear/supplements?  Improper training?  Something else or a combination?  I wish I had his appetite.  Although it should have been obvious in 2007 when he was 22 and 310 that he was getting too big too fast.  I guess what initially made him eventually turned him into how he looks today.  I am assuming his guest-pose means he will be competing again relatively soon.

It almost looks like his receptors burnt out, which I know is weird to say considering how young he is. But from the contest pics, it appears he was on the way to Palumboism (wider waist, arms/legs/chest all shrinking). I would say his body just couldn't handle all the drugs; and I'm sure getting up to 300+ pounds didn't help either. Kind of reminds me of Kamali.

He is definitely training. That kind of sloppiness is just plain bad bad bad diet. Probably never sleeps due to work and school, eats shit, doesn't work out much, taking boatloads of test no AI so he can stay huge etc etc.

However, 600mgs of DNP daily would wipe that shit off him in 20 days flat. IDK if he plans on competing again though. I don't see how he could.

No second pic he is dryer and pretty flat. Different coloring as well. As usual, he had a winning formula and then was under the gun to get his pro card and listened to the wrong people...Though personally I think he looked better in the 2nd pic, he should have kept at it without making drastic changes...
