Todays food so far (930am here)
Breakfast: 4 weetabix, 2 toasted bread
After gym: 2 whey, carb drink
15mins later: Chicken breast and 100g baked beans, 100ml ice cream
In work: 2chicken breasts, jap rice, protein bar, 1litre almond milk, 4scoops Mhp up your mass, banana
Dinner: 2chicken breasts, jap rice, banana
8pm: 2 whey, Chicken and tomato medium pizza
Plans for later: 2 casien, banana, 4 weetabix
Bed early
