Reeves, I think your a great poster. Your style of writing is somewhat reminiscent to Fallsview's and vice-versa. Quite simply, I enjoy readin' both you and Fallsview's posts as your guys's style of writing amuses me ... however ... why the aggression toward's Spike and R. Metal ? These guys have done nothin' wrong to you. They are simply statin' fact through EXPERIENCE. You're rippin' on these guys for what reason ? To get a laugh, perhaps ? Well, sad to say, my friend ... in this particular case, it's not very funny. At all. :/

I took what they said to me as being an insult of sorts (albeit feeble at best) and as such I replied in kind.  In my defense, I peppered my reply with smilies because  I really don't have anything against them personally I just find their mindset to be, oh shall we say, different than mine when it comes to drug use. 

I write the way I do because of who I am in the real world.  It is about as close to knowing me that many here will come.  I am not trying to impress anyone with anything other than my ideals when it comes to physical culture (i.e., natural bodybuilding) and my disdain for PEDs in bodybuilding and sports.   I have a good sense of humor, including regarding my own self.  I am tiny. ;D ;D  Frustrated about it too.   ;D 

I am not a genius by any means and to be specific, most of the genius level people I have come in contact with are mathematicians or musicians/composers.  The two being somewhat similar or so I have been told.  A gentleman never hurts anyone's feelings intentionally.  I respect you and if you would prefer, I shall refrain from further rebuttal of these two men.

Life is too short to be short all the time, either in temperament or height.  I can't do anything about the latter, but my attitude?  I shall give it a try, sir.   ;D

Started this morning anyway
Took my first few shots, dbol, insulin before training (Arms)
Crazy pump and then time to eat
Appetite on insulin is great, iv probably eaten more today (1pm here) than some guys do in a day
Appreciate all the good comments
And for the anti-steroid group, its good you are so concerned about my health, but im not gonna do things by half measures

Our quad training is pretty crazy anyway and I have trouble walking after it

Week 1 Heavy, low reps
Week 2 Heavy, low reps
Week 3 Drop sets on all exercises
Week 4 120rep sets x 4 (30reps leg press, 30 front squat, 30 hack squat, 30 leg extensions)

Very nice...the results speak loud. That's impressive, and makes leg day a real challenge for training partners. I'm fortunate to have a co-trainer who is competitive and positive. Leg day is the best! We're doing calves 3 times a week...attempting to get them close in size to the arms.....also Nautilus neck 2x to match arms and calves.

They do have amazing endurance .... and legs. I walk with a girl for cardio (long legs) and she is always a half step ahead until I start swinging my arms harder and chanting some Marine cadence!

Its not too expensive where I am and all my supplements (aminos, superpump etc) are free

Todays food so far (930am here)
Breakfast: 4 weetabix, 2 toasted bread
After gym: 2 whey, carb drink
15mins later: Chicken breast and 100g baked beans, 100ml ice cream
In work: 2chicken breasts, jap rice, protein bar, 1litre almond milk, 4scoops Mhp  up your mass, banana
Dinner: 2chicken breasts, jap rice, banana
8pm: 2 whey, Chicken and tomato medium pizza

Plans for later: 2 casien, banana, 4 weetabix
Bed early
Quads session tomorow 6:30am

You will lose some water and the strength that comes with it.. but no way you will "shrink" as in getting way smaller than you started.

I usually get sick if I have protein in the morning cos I train so early
