the problem with getting ripped head to foot is u get areas that lean up quikly, then u get stubbern areas that wont fuckn budge, thats when u miserably concede that you wont be as heavy as you thought you would be, and no one knows this until they try...
for me just behind my obliques is the last to go, even with veins shooting up my abbs,chest,legs etc, this area will still be soft and requires serious cardio and dieting
