Hey guys just droppping in to say good bye. I injured myself and wont be lifting any longer. Its been great thanks for all the laughs. Seems silly but Im gonna miss this place. 10 years ive been taking my frustration out on this board and now its over. I cant thank you all enough. This zoo really helped me through some hard times in my life. Mostly by allowing me to take my mind off my life from time to time. So in closing god bless, good luck and take care
