if you are unsure about what water and what's fat on you: pull the water out fast one time and look what's left and compare to your watery physique.
when I do that I get very defined all over but the fat is evident on lower abs and back of hips mostly.
water tends to distribute more evenly over the whole physique and fat is more evident in certain areas, given your are pretty low in digits. With higher digits fat blurs the rest of the physique too.
