have any of you used the horizontal type hacks, the ones with the weight stack at the side, and the foot platform vetical?... for me this was a pure quad exersize, totaly knee pain free, only problem is the stacks are usualy too light when you get used to them...
we used to do 20 to 30 rep sets to finish quads off, huge squeezes, a slight pause at the bottom of the descent , brutal pumps!!!!
