If I learned something from Woody Allen's "Midnight In Paris" is that Hemingway used the word "courage" more than all other words in his vocabulary combined, and that he was the worst player ever:
HEMINGWAY:
"Picasso thinks that women are only for sleeping or painting..." LADY:
"What do you think, monsieur?" HEMINGWAY:
"I think a woman is equal to a man in courage. Have you ever shot a charging lion?" LADY:
"No..." HEMINGWAY:
"Would you like to know what that feels like?" LADY:
"No." Lol wtf

Hemingway, the literary monster, should know that women who aren't lesbos couldn't care less about charging lions or what it feels to shoot them. But then, Woody Allen was probably a little jealous of Hemingway.
