There is no exact formula to get someone dry, period. I always wanted ten days to dry someone out when possible. I adjusted their carbs, sometimes sodium water intake etc. but I was in constant contact with them usually thru pics. There have been times where I was able to dry someone out in 3 days and many time I was able to "fix" someone within a 24 hour period. Bottom line don't wait for anyone to post a sure fire was to wake up dry that will work for everyone, this process is specific to each person and for many reasons.

Jim, I understand exactly what you are saying and I agree with you. There definitely is no one "right way"to peak or dry someone out as the human body is very unpredictable as certain times. Numerous VARIABLES come into play... HOWEVER - for entertainment purposes and to get another opinion from someone who spews out damn accurate insight such as gh15 I personally, and I know other would love to at least hear what his ideologies are on this subject.

Anyone wanna take any guess what gh15 might say..."bodybuild,,,tripl doses of anadrola + trenbolona + halodrola to thin skin, and blow up muscle ten fold from INSIDE OUT!!! Som dummy bodybuild,,,like kenny or melvin,,use lasixola to replace true leanness!"

You know something like that.....anyone wanna take a stab?
