Did about 8 sets of those today, 20 squats followed immediately by 20 sldl's... holy shit. One of the best workouts i've had this year. My legs are fried. Try it, you'll thank me... or hate me.
Antagonistic training is good at times,but hows your lower back?
haha, first thing that came to my mind after reading the original post, was "lower back"...I would drop on the floor from the back pumps.

my lower back was fatigued by the end, but no pain. You gotta take the ego out of the equation, and lift smart with something like this. But, what works for me could destroy someone else's back, and vice versa...
