No lock out but still strong.

The 455 was more like half reps with his partner grabbing the third one.

Better than the way most people train these days with a tiny ass ROM.

First video was a military press full range.  That second video looked like almost an incline press without a full range of motion.

Branch W. is pretty strong on shoulder press, never seen him go above 315 in his videos but he does a lot of reps.  Form is not so good though.

Good lift but not the best, and yes Coleman could do that considering it wasn't a true military press because, he was far from sitting in a 90 degree angle, if he was he would lose 3 reps easy, but he made that look easy and could probably add 50-60 lb for a single with the same form.
