squeeze the lats. pulldowns with the lower back arched, no momentum, no leaning back, hands are only hooks. dead lifts with the lower back arched. some kind of row. pullovers. hit a mixture of low and high reps.

for arms moderate weight good form, mainly isolation exersices and preacher machines. as far as i remember.
