Yeah, i would like to hear a bit on this too.

Seems that taking vitamin b12 orally is pretty useless, so where did i get it from until now?  :o

i used to take them a long time ago,iheard they were good for weight gain,but never noticed anything also i knew people that took them to get rid of migraines.

I never took them, but I heard they hurt like shit. The people that took them told me they're good for joint and tendon pain. I've also heard they help people with nerve problems.

I take them, they DO NOT hurt at all, but B-6 really hurts/burns. :'(

I used to do them.........increased my appetite a bit but truly IMO,not really worth wasting a pin for!  :)
