well we know that science can never provide an explanation for existence in any way, because all science can do is trace causality backwards.. and either there is an infinite regression, or there is a point where a magical first cause, an uncaused caused is found.  the only logical explanation for anything is God.

its not that somethings will probably never be explained, its that nothing will ever be explained sufficiently and there will never be any logical explanation for existence besides God. and thats the fact.


now one could cop out and resign to the notion that existence doesnt make sense, and that they dont feel there is any need for a logical explanation to things. in that scenario, the person has avoided thinking about existence in a rational way, but they still have to deal with the existence of their self.. and inexplaining that they would have to either deny themselves altogether or eventually accept God as their creator.

By already stating you "know" there are only 2 possibilities, you are limiting yourself to another possible truth.  What could it be?  I don't know.  But being limiting yourself to possibilities is the worst thing you can do when you want to find an answer.
