first of all we use diuretic even with no connection to compeitition ,, it depends,, sometimes you want to look good in a guest pose...sometime women want to look good in wedding...well eveyrtime lol ,, it just depends on how much water someone hold and if they cant or can get rid of them natural ways,, some just cant ,, they get rid of a lot but just cant get rid of the amount the body insist on storing...its very individual but trust me if you are lean and a water fountain you know it!,, its not if or maybe im lean ,, its that you see the definition but something is nto grainy and not dry enough ...there are many ways to tackle it from anti atomataze to prescribe diuretic,, i prefer prescribed diuretic but! you need to know how to use it ,, i cant just advice you on how much exactly to use when i never seen you in my life,, even picture can nto be good you know why? because pictures are deciving!,, being on a video if yourself and dont take it in the middle of the kitchen with the best yellow posing light of your house,, take it in nutral place no shadows,,,then i can see and tell you what i think,, best thing is to just look at yourself and learn your body ,, it reallyis YOU learning YOUR body,,dont EVER overdue diuretic because that shit will flatten you like there is no tomorrow,,
with diuretic LESS = MORE AND MORE = LESS
this is the only drug that i recomend less of ,,use it but do not abuse it because 1. you will look like flat balonie,, and 2. you can really risk your kidnys..this is the main reason we fuck our kidnys because many dont know how to use it and over due them! ,,if you are not fuckin ready for diuretic and you really sit at 13 % they wont do shit! they wont do nothing for you ,, at 6% they will make a huge diff...at 12% they will flaten you and you will look like you just entered a gym 3 months ago
