K i thought its about time I post my pic ive been working out for 10 yrs and am thinking about competing,u can see Im about 8%bf so i wouldnt need much dieting.I feel like my pecs are my best bodypart with my traps after everyone at the gym says im buff and should try for a comp.Tell me what you think havnt weighed myself in a while but i think i have gained around 50 pounds of muscle in the last 2 years, think my guns are around 18.5 inchesthanks guys if anyone wants advice from me on how to getbig just pm me

Great advice man! I put myself into a bad situation. I recently signed a year lease with my girlfriend who I haven't been getting along with for a long time now. I'm not financially able to pay the large amount to get out of the lease. I feel trapped. I'm only 3 months into the lease. I moved far away from my home town to be with her. It's a shitty situation. We fight like cats and dogs. I never should of signed the lease with her.

really i left, left everything behind... all my stuff.... fuck it..
not worth it, because one day in one fight you WILL loose your temper....
also my ex bitch , hit me.... i told her , never ever do that again..
well she did, and i hit the bitch back! that was the day i left....
really would have ended nasty if i had stayed man....

My best friend was seeing a woman that I disapproved of. I was thinking of how can I get rid of her, when I remembered that every time I sleep with a woman, she gets out of town asap. So I fucked her last saturday. Let me tell you, he got over her real quick, but he may have also gotten over me. Wish he'd pick up the damn phone so I can explain my true motives!

i did it for a year man.... in the end i was having irregular heartrythm because of stress! stress really will cost you your health in the end man.
