and i have seen okamai physiqe it is very good physiqe,, his arms are big,,his conditioned size could be better....but over all big arms,,then again what is big arms? i have met plenty of bodybuild with 17-18 inch arms that look like they have big arms because they were 6% bodyfat...CONDITIONED SIZE
