Pulled a quad today....

....playing softball. Hurts like hell. What's a brother suppose to do about it?  This has never happened to me before.   >:(   :(

Did you actually tear something?

Any bruising or swelling?

I would see an Orthopedic soon if there is any sign of a tear.

Nah, I can still walk, so it's not a tear.

quit crying kurt angle pulls a quad every day, he won a  gold medal with a broken freakin neck for god's sake.
