Its a genetic thing....trust me.

Some guys just hold more fat/ water in that area...no matter what you do...look at a guy like Chris Cormier...one of the best in the world, never had striated glutes.

You've got to use hormonas. I'm not talking about the oral steroids "pro hormones" from bodybuilding.com either.

You're dieted down now so you should run trenbologna for that 3 dimensional look, masterona to keep you hard and tight and testosterona to blow up from within. You're young, so the tren/mast mix will keep you tight while the test will blow you up. Keep everything in check by looking in the mirror and don't worry about numbers and all the  fake bullshit people post online.


Again, you'll never get better or turn heads without gear. There are no striated glutes achieved without hormonas either... no need for GHona or diuretics at this point. Just simple gear, always on something very low dosed and with modest blasts to get past plateaus. Nothing bad will happen and injecting a few times a week takes fuck all in terms of effort. Stop putting in the hard work if you're going to do things properly.

Melvin Anthony was known to have baby soft glutes. I don't ever remember seeing shredded glutes on him..........but back in the old bodybuilding days, shredded glutes wasn't even a thing to worry about, but I think regardless of genetics, some guys nowadays will go the distance to get their asses dry as stones no matter the price

The only time I ever had striated glutes for a substantial timeframe was when I kept myself in a calorie deficit for the best part of two years as a teenager.

DNP, T3, Anavar and primo along with 40mg of Lasix Qday and 40 meq of KCL and you will fucking have veins popping out all over your fucking glutes, dick, feet, soles of your feet, ass cheeks etc.  

Don't listen to Cheeks.......it's not about genetics it's about drugs.  If it was about genetics nazi concentration camp victims would never be able to "get skinny".

He was certainly one of the first...but back then, still lost to Haney as they were still judging using ALL of the criteria...while conditioning is certainly important ( and higher on the list)...it shouldnt trump everything.
