lol whats your daily eating look like?
Dude, you get pretty fat but when in contest shape you look good.
This a regular day for me diet wise:
Meal 1:
4 whole eggs
cereal with skimmed milk (usually cheerios - sometimes something better like cinnamon toast crunch)
Meal 2:
Foot long grilled chicken sub from Subway (Wheat bread, and half a small packet of ketchup - nothing else on)
Meal 3:
Foot long grilled chicken sub from Subway (Wheat bread, and half a small packet of ketchup - nothing else on)
Meal 4 (About an hour before I lift):
2 scoops protein with skimmed milk
Pre-Work out:
1 scoop of NO-Xplode
Meal 5 (Post work out):
2 scoops protein
5 g creatine
Bottle of Gatorade (or 60g of Dextrose)
Meal 6:
Grilled Chicken Breast
Rice (usually about 80g of carbs worth)
Meal 7:
2 Scoops protein with skimmed milk
handful of Almonds
Throw in a couple of Smart Ones after Meal 6,
I try not to go off this plan during the weekdays (but I do - more than I'd like to).... On weekends (Days I'm not training) I tend to cheat a lot!
