This a regular day for me diet wise:

Meal 1:
4 whole eggs
cereal with skimmed milk (usually cheerios - sometimes something better like cinnamon toast crunch)

Meal 2:
Foot long grilled chicken sub from Subway (Wheat bread, and half a small packet of ketchup - nothing else on)

Meal 3:
Foot long grilled chicken sub from Subway (Wheat bread, and half a small packet of ketchup - nothing else on)

Meal 4 (About an hour before I lift):
2 scoops protein with skimmed milk

Pre-Work out:
1 scoop of NO-Xplode

Meal 5 (Post work out):
2 scoops protein
5 g creatine
Bottle of Gatorade (or 60g of Dextrose)

Meal 6:
Grilled Chicken Breast
Rice (usually about 80g of carbs worth)

Meal 7:
2 Scoops protein with skimmed milk
handful of Almonds

Throw in a couple of Smart Ones after Meal 6,

I try not to go off this plan during the weekdays (but I do - more than I'd like to)....  On weekends (Days I'm not training) I tend to cheat a lot!

Thats the BIG ACH diet plan  ;D

To be honest, I have NO interest in dieting right now and I'm alright being this fat... I am though trying to do more cardio - so it doesn't get out of control...

I weigh 225-230 right now.... and remember I've been as high as 260 lbs back in 2006, so to me this is alright:

I've only ever had abs when competing (or few months before/ after)...  never really walk around all year with them - and thats ok with me.

I'm not trying to cut weight right now.... And I'm not really TRYING to bulk up or get fat on purpose (although, I'm not dellusional - I know its happening lol)....  I AM TRYING to put on as much muscle as I can!


Its funny though, in that picture of me at 260 (that was on my honeymoon) - I actually was very dellusional and thought, oh man I'm sooooo jacked! LOL

Why do you eat so much food, so many meals? Seriously, do you believe you're  going to be able to put on more muscle naturally than what you have now eating the way you do?

I have found that when I up the calories and take in high protein I make the best gains!

Way too many meals and way too much food. You could eat half the protein you're consuming and still make the same gains.

Sure, but if you're natural I believe you've probably reached your limit for muscle, at least for a big increases. I mean, how long its been since you made your biggest muscle gains? Now you're just getting fat, wouldn't that tell you something?
Pjim's advice above is pretty good, but in the end it all comes down to whatever makes you happy...if you feel good like that then ok.
