They are located in the freezer section which is adjacent to the beer aisle, so I will be able to save some calories and not go catabolic on my shopping trip this afternoon.  8)

Ha! Last time I was in NYC, I ate 2 of those Tollhouse cookie ice cream sammiches while waiting in line to ring up my beers. In for a penny, in for a pound.  ;D

Post workout today: usually whey iso and a banana. Today a fat piece of pound cake, vanilla ice cream, and a banana washed down with a strawberry whey iso shake, awesome. I deserved it after 20 sets for back.
