I have found the austrain school of economics is economics. When you get that Keynes was just a guy who said yes to politicians who wanted to deficit spend, and then made up a theory why it is ok, you get it.
Ron Paul and Gary Johnson are right. Obama is wrong.
I think people vote democrat because they see the world as bunch of greedy little guys with bags of money and themselves as shining rebels like robin hood. It seems ok to steal from producers to give to low iq or lazy or attitudey people. Then the reality that things must be produced hits. Try running a biz where if you fire soemone they claim you don't like them for color or some other thing not because they are bad at the job. wow
The fed and deficits help with the illusion, since people don't get charged for the spending. It's amazing to me. I mean 33336 adn me and I dunno 1 or two others post slightly non democrat views but there are liek 20 hardcore democrats here going bonkers all the time.
When you deficit spend you get misallocation and bubbles. You get big inflation like gas going to 5$ from 1.50.
Thats how the common man gets jacked. House and gas and food etc go up up up.
Under normal lower government conditions things go down in price as efficiency goes up.
Government grabs so much that things get outa hand, which is what we are seeing now, and since governmetn schools and media conspire against the one cure that works, namely lowering government spending and the number of welfare jobs, its tuff to stop them.
I still think the myth of little greedy monocle waering monoply men running around with bags of money they won't share is the real reason people vote for goon like obama. They just think tax them more, and things magically get better, like most of the money goes to the common man lol
There is a name for when government give to cronies and suppresses individual freedom: socialism.
