  Guys what do you think which is better one... fish oil or krill oil..??

in comparison krill looks better for both inflammation and cardiovascular benefits because of the way the fatty acids are arranged in a phospholipid. It lowers inflammation better and corrects dyslipedemia better along with lowering crp and other inflammatory markers. If you had the money i would go with krill, the evidence is there but theres not a ton, but from all sources it does appear to be better.

  It seems to boost HDL as much as fish oil and other fats rich in omega-3 polynsaturated fat, but is a lot more stable and less prone toward rancidity. The great problem with fish oil is that it is not very stable and becomes very rancid very fast.

I thought it was just good for making UG gear? You can eat it as well??? What about buying Krill from places that keep it chilled at all times or something?

think you may have had a brainfart my friend, grape seed is very very low in omega 3 and high in omega 6, its pro-inflammatory and has literally no antioxidants at the time of consumption. I was curious because it seems good for lipids but for inflammation it would be a bad choice.

There are some studies done on rats that show that supplementing with fish oil increases markers of oxidatie stress like superoxide anion and Hydrogen peroxide. I will try to find these studies and post them. Grape seed oil seems to lower LDL and boost HDL with much less increase in markers of oxidative stress.

i agree to a point, i would have to look into the free radical increase, amber bottles and refrigeration should decrease that somewhat. I would care more about inflammation then cholesterol markers however.

either way its interesting but i tend to avoid grape seed oil because im prone to inflammation.
