If u already train hard and done it for years there is probably nothing u can do to make your body change very much.
U can go for strenght, but that wont change how your body will look like. I have ben natty 17 years accept 2 times when I tried 10mg of some pink shit for 2 months. Thoose 2 months with 10mg /dag gave me more gain than the last 5 years of serious weight training. Muscles just filled up while the waist got smaler...magic!
For me and everybody else who is natty I think heavy ass weights are the thing. For exampel, my legs just get smaler if I do longer sessions of cardio or dont train heavy. And now when im 32 my waist got more fat. Thats a bitch! : ) I can get ride of it pretty easy but then I have to sacrifice musclemas and strenght and I dont wanne do that.
Go for powerlifting movements and try to be stronger all the time, never give up. And then do the other bodybuilding related excercises to.
