adonis, do you have an entire grocery list of all the important spices, extracts, flours, ect you buy to create your magnificent cooking creations?

i see there be alot of things at the grocery store but dont know how many of them or really useable in creating a variety of vegetarian cuisines

Low, around .5 grams per lb of bodyweight.  Sometimes a lot more, sometimes even less than that.  I only tracked calories as I do now.

Do not want to be disrespectful but I would rather have my build than that guys as a few months of dieting I could be that lean but bigger if I choose to. He could not get to Groinks size if he ditched the diet.
