its a c.unt comming off, but i still think its best to have some off time here n there, even if its 6 or so weeks just for health, u dont loose that much
i had 2 n half year off and gained everything back in a couple of months
i do agree the 12 weeks on 12 weeks off type thing is totaly pointless and will get you no where...
what i like to do is have the summer on... chill out during winter, maybe a little cycle at christmass at the most
it all depends on your goals....
