ok I read on google that fruits, lot of omega 3 and lot of fish could reduce it !

fish fruit and veg . raw when possible
best choices : grapefruit , garlic , apples , olive oil , broccoli , walnuts , wheatgerm , spinach , kale , turnip greens , lots of green tea and water .. no over eating at any meal , no alcohol , no caffeine and only eat lightly in the evenings
