My mom has known for a while, she caught my friend injecting me stuff in the delts when I still lived at her house haha

heard a lot about Detoxication Factors ! also Liv.52 may help.

but i think they need some time to work to lower your values !

but i could be wrong.

i also agree try to take a week off from the gym it may help lower the values and eat less protein.

sometimes. i come across as an arrogant asshole to most people though so they usually just dont say anything at all. ( i dont pay attention to people, rarely ever talk to anyone, and keep to myself for the most part). when they do comment ya its always football.

last time I had bloodwork was last july last year

everything was fine

I never have the same doctor, here in quebec we don't have that luxury ;D

6-10 grams a day (1000 mg each cap). spread it out. was doing 3 liv52 per day.
