This workout is a typical by-the-books bodybuilding session: half-range leg curls, shit-barely-bending-his-knees leg presses, totally crappy leg presses using powerlifting knee wraps because his joints are so fucked, etc.
Why doesn't the dude get under a bloody bar and do some dangerous squats? Like put five or six hundred pounds on and try for some never-before-hit numbers using a full range, ass to basement? Maybe he'd get some different stimulation (no homo) in this way and his body would marginally improve beyond its current state of looking horrific and fucked six ways to Sunday.
