My stats are 5'11 about 185-190 natural. I'm in the gym 4-5 times a week and I currently do 40min of cardio 4-5 times a week. I'll have pics and a thread up tomorrow in the training log section and i'll PM you the link to it.

We don`t need to do cardio at all, but if you enjoy it, I am not going to stop you.

We Baked Banana Walnut Bread today and I ate it with Ice Cream and Chocolate Syrup for my first meal today.

I gathered fresh fish from the waters of Lake Minnetonka and drizzled them with an almond glaze after slow cooking them over an open fire.  The blackberries and blueberries on my ranch were sadly not quite ready yet, but the wine from our vineyard complimented the meal perfectly.

This morning I woke up and tasted the rainbow in my garden. I then proceeded to squeeze the belly of my cat until she shat a nice dump. I feed her a rare breed of organic coffee beans from Sumatra. After rinsing the fecale matter I roasted the beans on a silver platter from 1240 BC over a bonfire made out of charcoal from the petrified California redwoods that are remnants of Lemurian times. I then made a fresh pot of rare organic brew that smelled divine to say the least. Come on bro be serious. You have decent size, round bellies in arms and delts but there are people that respond far better, you have zero striations or cuts. I think you should forget fucking about with diets and just hit the gear and gh heavy when you have the money, you have a powerlifters structure not a bodybuilders, just amp up the rugged look.

  my legs arent impressive... i havent been able to train them in about 5 months due to a bad knee... heres a  full body picture..  i look small in full body pictures cuz i have a huge frame a huge head and high body fat..
