Marriages today don't last because many of us have only the baby boomer model to go by, which means selfish parents that either ended in divorce or single parents. Also, most women today think of the wedding and not the marriage. People also used the celebs as measuring sticks for themselves. Marriage is a commitment and a covenant with God, but since God has been taken our of everything, including marriage, most people say their vows and "I Do" with hollow words.
What happens when you are hooked up to the dialysis machine and have to go 2-3 days of the week? What happens when you lose that nice car as well, and your muscles go? Will that woman stick around, when her girlfriends are going out on vacations with their husbands or boyfriends?
