Please ask him how he's doing, what he's been up to, how's he doing, and if he ever started a screenplay based on his lifetime experiences.

Or you might even ask him to break his silence and rejoin us once again.

I'd sure like to hear from him personally even if he only had derogatory stuff to say.

I did ask him, he says he doing well and getting off getbig was the best thing he ever did. Says he's got his life on track and is setting personal records in the gym that did when he was 28. Personally I'm happy for him and glad he's doing well.

COACH, Thanks for the good news update. I really did enjoy this board while Disturbia was with us. e was honest! He was outspoken! And he actually knows how to train with heavy objects!

Great to hear he's back on track and I hereby hope he never returns if he is truthful (he never lied to me!) regarding the benrfits of avoiding this GetBig Board.

Maybe stupidity is contagious after all .... and Disturbia has found the cure.

appreciate your email, I really do. That being said getbig is purely for my entertainment purposes only, I don't expect to get business from it although I have received my share of business from it. I don't claim to be politically saavy I just voice my opinion...my strong opinion. The problem is most on getbig do disagree with it because the majority of the people on getbig are young liberals who either are in school or think they do know-it-all. I've been on there since about 2000 and can tell you I don't act like that in real life or the other boards I moderate on (strength and conditioning sites). If called you a teenager then I apologize. 90% of that board is confrontational in one way or another. I'm probably one of the more disliked people on there simply for my political views and not much else. I get quite a few PM's and questions on the board that are training related and for the most part I quit answering them because these same people who wants my help or advice simply turn around only to bash me on the boards.

Jack, all I can say is that it's getbig, people take shots and I'm a very outspoken person.
