The Olympia is rapidly approaching and with just under a month to go, the competitors are suffering hard. Carbs are low, cardio is high, and every rep seems like agony. But that isn't stopping Kai Greene. Two weeks ago, FLEXonline followed Greene through a leg workout and he showed no signs of slowing down. This year Greene is out for redemption and he's training like every workout could be his last.

Check out the SLOW - FULL RANGE OF motion per rep..... NO way this guy slips on a k-jelly or grapefruit juice before the Olympia

Great form on lunges as well. Many pros  do half-ass reps with that exercise.

all drugs and that type of squatting (low bar goodmorning parallel) is easier than the way kai squats
