Hey guys,
I've been nursing a bad shoulder now for months and I'm beginning to think it might not get any better. I first injured it back around March when I was super setting front military press and behind the neck presses with 145lbs on the smith machine. The pain is mostly on my left shoulder, the front and rear delts.
I keep icing it down. I've tried heat patches but nothing seems to work. I'm just wondering if anyone's dealt with a shoulder injury such as this one. I've been stuck to just doing cardio for now until I'm able to train a 100%
