I'm not going to comment on GH use and things along those lines for NBA players, but I'll say this... guys like Lebron James and Dwight Howard are freaks of nature. Monsters with extreme athleticism and coordination. You could even see it back in their HS days... crazy how gifted some people are.

Eh, weightlifters do more volume during the Monday morning session playing with the bar and low weights for warm up + the actual workout than bodybuilders do the whole week. Obviously every lifter is different and there are some huge weightlifters around. But maybe the traps get hit more in the training than the shoulders.

I've always been impressed with Dwights round delts on such a big guy, real wide clavicals too.. but yeah roided up Nathan Jones has better over all shoulders and upper back but Dwights delts still stand out more.

Duh. Heavy shoulder presses will not get your huge delts. Delts respond best, if you want size, to low weight and high reps.

Im not impressed with guys that abuse steroids and .... Lo and behold.. Get big delts. Yippy! These losers dont even workout unless they are on steroids. If you dont have the balls to train drug free; than you are a pussy and you need to go see a shrink.

This guy doesnt look anything like this in person. More odd and lanky.

I see him several times a week since he goes to my gym. Poor guy looks like he can barely walk and has to swing his legs a bit when he walks.

Always funny cause he has a group of lil indians with him who are all dressed up and never workout. just there incase he falls over i guess.

yes it takes alot of courage to workout naturally , never know what kind of carnivorous beasts might attack you in the gym when you dont have steroids in your system
