u dont have to do that shit just switch to high reps for a few days 15-20 rep range also keep your diet in check and u will lose the water weight in 3-4 days

A lot of grilled chicken with broccoli and spinach

Roast beef(not deli meat) with broccoli and rice casserole and green beans...shitload of horseradish on the roast beef

Throughout the day I had 2 oranges I think, and a bag full of red seedless grapes, blueberries, and raspberries
