Apparently you're not worried enough to give that shit up. Really, switch to soda made with real sugar. Not only can diet soda cause kidney stones, the high levels of phosphorous found in diet drinks can eventually cause your kidneys to fail. Trust me, I know a thing or two about kidney failure.

im still waiting on your examples of how my body is a science experiment.

yesterday? hmm... big cheeseburger jack n the box... sweet n sour chicken, egg drop sour, crab wonton, some sort of fried shrimp, rice at Chinese restaurant... bag of bbq ruffles, 4 pieces of toast, about 4 cans mt dew, 2 big glasses of milk. lol

not a high kcal day to say the least.

that reminds me... I forgot the remainder of my sweet n sour chicken at home  :-X damnit... guess i'll have that at 1am tonight. lol... mmmm.... that egg drop soup sounds good right now too :(

lunch and dinner: twice this (steak, chicken breast, rice, hot sauce)

post workout: 1 beer

Okay, so it was today.

We has some leftover leg of lamb from Easter which cost a bundle and I was not about to feed it to the puppies. I made a impromptu lamb stew with carrots, onions, celery and potatoes. Since there is no such thing as lamb stock at the market, I substituted beef broth. Anyway, after seasoning the stew with rosemary and other Italian herbs, it turned out great. Note: it would have been better made with lamb shanks.

Not enough. I can't eat when I am anxious/ stressed. So I had a coffee, protein shake and half a cup of cooked rice.

4 meals with oatmeal, cinnamon & whey or quark.
4 eggs.
2 shakes with cocoa & greens powder.
1 shake with bcaa, creatine, waxy maize & oats (inner workout).
1 shake with whey & cocoa (post workout).

-Not enough crap to sustain a nat for the most part. It was a day rife with anguish, (but that is another story). My wife's chicken vegetable and orzo soup which she fixed for dinner was as godsend, I must say. It was loaded with chicken and lots good fresh vegetables. What is more important is that I did nothing to prepare this. Dinner served is sometimes so much more satisfying then preparing it for one's self and others. Apparently my wife sees herself as the consummate Jewish mother when it come to the theory that chicken soup is the cure all. I wish that she were right. Unfortunately, the drama that transpired yesterday, remains and that is another story for a different thread as I previously suggested.

about 4500/215 gr on a free day, on a workout day prob 4700/250 gr

hahaha no bro thats it. today is all fat and protein no carbs. so ill prolly have

2 chicken breast
dozen whole eggs
1-2 cups of almonds/ cashews

the fruits (my carbs source) is only on days i cycle to the gym (30km). days i train but dont cycle its fat protein. very low cal as im going away in 3 weeks and want to be in game shape.

Protein seems low on the carb days, at least according to conventional wisdom.  I know you & galeniko have emphasized 1g protein/lb of bodyweight in the past, is that something that you're not as stringent with these days?
