Single arm preachers (on machine) - 3 x 12

Triceps -
Close Grip Bench - 4 x 5 (to 275 or 315)
DB skull crushers - 3 x 10-12
Paired w/Weighted Dips - 3 x 8-10
Superband Push downs - 3 x 15-20
Paired w/Close grip push ups on med ball - 3 x 10-12
