We spent years fixing 2 buildings using both union and non-union workers.  When the union workers discovered some working in the building were non-union they picketed us. Roll Eyes    Why not let everyone work that need to?  They came off as bullies and the Union "boss" tried to "intimidate" us.  After that we focused on hiring non-union workers.
