Honestly, I'd be happy to be the size of one of Nasser's legs.  I think having the build of TA or Scott Herman is ideal.  You have to hand it to TA on this because he is right about how healthy it is to be in the lighter range.

Bodybuilding Dead Pool 2005

Al Smackswood

Al is another guy caught up in playing the "size at all costs" game. His physique isn’t pretty, but damn, is it big. Smackwood tips the scales on contest day at nearly 280 pounds at 5' 11", resembling a prize Heifer more than a man. His waistline was never petite, but recently it has expanded even further, lending some credence to the theory that he may just be taking things a bit too far, pharmaceutically speaking.

All of these men have people who love and care about them, and Al is no exception. Our fingers are crossed that he doesn’t pop up in the gossip section of any of the magazines, with two years separated by a hyphen following his name.

Didn't he sell out some business partners / former friends in the 2008 bust? Only three years later and he's dead at 37 years old, from a "drowning."

You people watch to much "CSI" and "MIB", not everyone who dies is killed by former partners or the government.  ::) ::)

You can't sit there and say there are NO logical reasons for a former business partner, who may have had his livlihood ruined by Atwood's confessions, to wait until the heat dies down to get his revenge. The reality you live in is not so much different than CSI when it comes to big business, criminals and personal livlihood. Art was 37 years old and (according to Aaron) at a pool party that was probably crowded. He just jumped in without anyone watching and dies? Come on... wake up.

We are going to continue to see more and more of these premature deaths with Pro bodybuilders.

Mark my words, regardless of how they "allegedly" die.

Something is eventually going to have to change. Pro bodybuilders as we know them may easily become a thing of the past.

(pic may be taken 2010,not sure)

damn looks small as hell there.

i dont think you can blame it only on steroids, most of these guys just live an unhealthy lifestyle with lots of party drugs etc, coupled with tons of gear and food, it sometimes amazes me what a body can handle.
