I'm not a Palin fan by any means, but........this is just another hit piece on a Conservative woman.  There is nothing controversial or damning when the attacks are aimed at conservative women and/or blacks.  Why?  Because it is so common, this book will be forgotten in a week or two.  If Sarah Palin were a Democrat and has been, say, John Kerry's VP, you wouldn't have the attacks on her like you do nowadays.

Video clearly says the encounter may have occurred in 1987, while she was a TV reporter BEFORE SHE WAS MARRIED TO TODD.

Did she cheat on Todd while they were going out? It looks like she did. Then again, we don't know what their relationship was like at that time. They may have stopped seeing each other for some time prior to her hooking up with Rice.  I am not saying is right. But, it seems to me, that the only people who had to deal with this issue at that time was Todd and Sarah. And it seems Todd forgave her and still married her.  If Todd was willing to look past it, who are we to judge?

Of course, I am assuming that Todd found out about it at that time. But, if he didn't know about it until now, that would be hard to take.

Weiner's weiner was very different...it just had great bonus comedic value to it that could not be passed up.  Even then, much of the mass media did not put a huge emphasis on the moral wrongness of his indiscretions. 

This is just another example of how many of the big media networks have a liberal bias and do not criticize or attack Democrats nowhere near the amount that it attacks Republicans and/or Conservatives.
